Subscriptions & Billing

VitaliaPlan AI is offered as a paid subscription following a 7-day free trial. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for the plan you select. Subscription fees are billed in advance and grant access for the billing period you have paid for.

We may change our fees upon reasonable notice. Any price changes will apply only to future billing cycles. You can cancel your subscription at any time; see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Attempt to access, tamper with, or disrupt the Service's systems or data.
• Share your account or resell access to the Service.

Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service — including meal plans, workout plans, recipes, grocery lists, the platform design, and the VitaliaPlan AI name and logo — is owned by or licensed to us. You may use content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

VitaliaPlan AI provides general wellness, nutrition, and fitness information for educational purposes only. Our plans and recommendations are not medical advice, and we are not licensed medical or nutrition professionals. Allergies & Food Safety

While we filter recipes based on the allergies you report, cross-contamination, undeclared allergens, and recipe variations are real risks.
